What we collect
We collect your email address when you sign in. During onboarding, we collect your responses to build your Future Self profile — including descriptions of your desired future, personal blockers, and aspirations. Chat conversations are stored to provide memory continuity across sessions.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to operate this service — to authenticate you, to build and maintain your Future Self persona, and to continue conversations with context. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as required to operate the service. Third-party processors we use: Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI message generation), ElevenLabs (voice cloning and audio synthesis), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS and WhatsApp delivery), Google Gemini (portrait image generation), Creatomate (video rendering), and our payment processor (billing).
AI processing
Your conversation content is sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. We use Anthropic's API under their data usage policies. Conversation data is not used to train AI models.
Voice processing
If you opt in to voice mode, a 30-second voice recording you provide is sent to ElevenLabs to create a voice clone used solely to narrate your daily messages. Your voice data is processed under ElevenLabs' data usage policies. You can request deletion of your voice clone at any time by contacting us.
Instagram integration
Becomr uses the Instagram Graph API solely to publish content to our own Instagram account (@becomr.me). We do not collect, access, or store any data from users' Instagram accounts. No Instagram permissions are requested from or granted by anyone other than the account owner.
Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, you may request deletion by emailing us. We will delete your profile, conversations, and account within 30 days.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Authentication is handled via magic link — no passwords are stored. Payment processing is handled entirely by our payment processor.
